Show Rules: Application implies that exhibitor will abide by Conference show rules. Please copy this contract for your files. Exhibitor hereby assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and save the Irving Convention Center, its owners, its operator, EUEC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents harmless against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the Convention Center and its employees and agents. Exhibitor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the installation and use of the exhibit premises, policies of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Contractual Liability Insurance, insuring and specifically referring to the Contractual liability set forth in this Exhibit Agreement in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage. The group agrees to provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the coverage described above.  This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona.

Attendee List Use Licence for Exhibitors:
1. License. The Attendee List license herein shall be for a one-time-only mailing, and Licensee agrees that it will not retain the information in
the Attendee List subsequent to the mailing. Licensee may not reproduce, copy, sell, or compile a database of any kind, or allow any third party to do so,
using the Attendee List or any part thereof.
2. Confidentiality. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that all data and other information contained in the Attendee List is confidential and
proprietary, and that copyright and all other rights in the Attendee List shall at all times belong to and remain vested in EUEC.
Licensee shall not disclose, publish, or reveal the information in the Attendee List to any other party whatsoever, and agrees to take appropriate steps to
instruct or give notice to its directors, officers, agents, and employees of the confidential and proprietary nature of the Attendee List.
3. Warranty and Indemnity. Licensee warrants that the material to be mailed shall not be defamatory or infringe the rights of any third party, place any person in breach of an obligation of confidentiality or otherwise be illegal or unlawful. EUEC makes no warranty or representation concerning the accuracy of the
information in the Attendee List.

Payments & Refunds:
100% refund with written notice by June 1, 2023.
50% refund with written notice by October 1, 2023.
No refunds after October 1, 2023.
