Speakers make a 20-minute LIVE PowerPoint presentation & 10-minutes for Q&A
Speakers introduce themselves during first slide & Use last slide for three FAQs
Each Session is 3 hours long with 6 speakers taking 30 minutes each
SPEAKER GUIDELINES
Speakers do not have to pre-record their presentations.
Speakers will get an opportunity to test their LIVE presentations on the FLOOR.
Tech staff and moderators will be available to assist speakers during the EUEC LIVE Speaker presentations.
SPEAKERs LINK ON FLOOR
Speakers make LIVE 20-Minute PowerPoint Presentations remotely from their PC.
Speakers receive a link to the FLOOR platform to test their presentation before the event.
Speakers use the FLOOR to make their presentation on the stage, share their presentation, interact with audience, and have private meetings.
Moderator, Panelists, Admin and Team Rep will be present Backstage for technical help.
Speakers go backstage at least 15 mins before time of presentation and team rep  will prompt you to go live on the main stage when its time.
