Show Rules: Application implies that exhibitor will abide by Conference show rules. Please copy this contract for your files. Exhibitor hereby assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and save the Irving Convention Center, its owners, its operator, EUEC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents harmless against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the Irving Convention Center and its employees and agents. Exhibitor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the installation and use of the exhibit premises, policies of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Contractual Liability Insurance, insuring and specifically referring to the Contractual liability set forth in this Exhibit Agreement in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage. The group agrees to provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the coverage described above.

Attendee List Use License for Exhibitors:
1. License. The Attendee List license herein shall be for a one-time-only mailing, and Licensee agrees that it will not retain the information in
the Attendee List subsequent to the mailing. Licensee may not reproduce, copy, sell, or compile a database of any kind, or allow any third party to do so,
using the Attendee List or any part thereof.
2. Confidentiality. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that all data and other information contained in the Attendee List is confidential and
proprietary, and that copyright and all other rights in the Attendee List shall at all times belong to and remain vested in EUEC.
Licensee shall not disclose, publish, or reveal the information in the Attendee List to any other party whatsoever, and agrees to take appropriate steps to
instruct or give notice to its directors, officers, agents, and employees of the confidential and proprietary nature of the Attendee List.
3. Warranty and Indemnity. Licensee warrants that the material to be mailed shall not be defamatory or infringe the rights of any third party, place any person in breach of an obligation of confidentiality or otherwise be illegal or unlawful. EUEC makes no warranty or representation concerning the accuracy of the
information in the Attendee List.

Payments & Refunds:
100% refund with written notice by October 1, 2023.
50% refund with written notice by November 15, 2023.
No refunds after November 15, 2023.

Cancellation Policy
All discounts are forfeited upon cancellation. Any credits awarded must be used within 365 days.
Exhibit Booth Cancellations All reservation agreements are subject to the cancellation policy.

Exhibitor specifically recognizes and acknowledges that Show Management will sustain certain losses if Exhibitor cancels its exhibit space after it has been assigned and confirmed by the Show Management. Due to the difficulty, if not impossibility of determining and proving said losses, Exhibitor agrees to pay the following amounts as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, if Exhibitor cancels all or part of its exhibit space on or within the time periods specified.
Show Management has the right to resell the space and retain all revenue collected. Any such re-sale shall not reduce the amount of liquidated damages to be paid by Exhibitor.
 
Registration – Cancellations and Substitutions Paid registrations may be transferred to another new attendee at any time by sending the following to info@euec.com:
Cancelled Attendee, New Attendee
Name, Email, Job Title, Company, Phone, Address
Attendees may cancel, and receive full credit to the following years conference, minus a $250 service fee, if submitted in writing prior to February 1, 2024.
Cancellation policies are in effect upon submission of registration.
Funds are non-transferable.  Funds owed or paid for one EUEC service item may not be transferred toward another EUEC service item. Exhibits, registrations, sponsorships, ads, etc. are all separate service items. 
Cancellation of Benefits Golf, flash drives, meal tickets, workshops, sponsorships or any other benefit included in packages will not receive a credit or refund at any time.
Change in Exhibitor Type Refunds are not available for change in exhibitor type. If you register as a Gold Exhibitor, then you cannot transfer to a Silver or Standard Package, and you will not receive a refund.
