As an environmental and energy policy analyst and leader, for more than three decades I have engaged on key issues, most notably Clean Air, Environmental Justice, Climate Change, and the transforming electric power industry. I also have collaborated on countless projects, reports, and events.
For an electric utility trade association, worked with Federal agencies, state organizations, other industries, and non-governmental organizations to educate and engage through analyses, comments, meetings, articles, and presentations.
Managed trade association Clean Air committee for more than 25 years. Addressed topics including greenhouse gas regulations, national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), interstate transport of emissions, hazardous air pollutants, visibility, control technologies, monitoring, and modeling.
